No Parking No-Brainer

This No Parking sign next to the Coast Guard pier in Kingston, Ontario makes me wonder if anyone has ever attempted to park a Sea King helicopter on a small Coast Guard cutter in the past.
Or was the sign referring the the place I parked my car? They really should be more clear how they express themselves. I can just imagine them telling the crew of some speedboat to "Heave to!", only to get the reply of "Heave two what?"

sillys, it means you cannot park you boat or copter in that space, thats all.

its a no parking sign with a joke inside of it: no parking, just like this helicopter will not be parking on the dock of this coast guard
