He's crippled. I don't know why they wear the rubber trousers. I think its due to the 'dragging themselves around the city". There are people like him all over the city. They mostly stick to the busy shopping streets. They push a cart along that has a basket for donations and a small radio powered by a car battery that plays traditional Korea music. Pictures 9, 23, and 24 are examples of these people.

nice, chia! i like how theres always scooter pics tucked into your posts. i also like how you always post alot of photos taken from interesting angles. it makes me take time to look at each one instead of just scrolling through. i can almost imagine you walking around the city, snapping these photos. theres a sort of progression there.

Each afternoon, I pass this garbage can, who's rim is scarred and pocked with cigarette burns, from where everyone snuffs out their butts. It appears that someone has abandoned the leftovers from their lunch in the garbage can. I wonder...
