Dead Tree Killed By Construction
Browsing articles by Groovehouse - [previous] :: [next]
Dead tree killed by construction near my place of employment. Developers tore down a small apartment complex to squeeze three condos on this corner. The condos are ridiculously overpriced at $600,000. I would never buy a place for that much if I had to share a wall with someone. During construction, they dug up roots, chopped off branches and this tree never had a chance. I hope it falls on the owner's BMW/Mercedes/Hummer/Lexus or better yet on their so called house. This article has been viewed 1544 times in the last 2 years groovehouse: 18th Dec 2006 - 19:53 GMTAlas, this tree was felled by "professionals" and I use that term loosely. They cut down the whole tree and grinded the stump to make way for a driveway for one of the condos. Shame on them for killing a once beautiful tree.
