Views from the Space Needle
[previous] :: [next]The Space Needle is 520 feet tall, just to give you some perspective on the following views. I plan on posting some shots of the Seattle skyline taken from the harbor that show how the Needle stacks up against the downtown skyscrapers, sometime in the near future. It doesn't really loom above the rest of the skyline as you see in postcards, it's just the most dramatic Seattle skyline shots can be had by shooting with the Needle in the foreground. It's definately high enough to provide some good views though.
A view of Elliot Bay. Those red things left of center are shipping cranes they load cargo ships like the one just right of center. You can see the cranes up close here.
I have more shots but I'd just be covering ground This article has been viewed 1620 times in the last 2 years aer suzuki: 17th Jul 2006 - 10:41 GMTdamn. i meant to tag elliot bay but guess i can do it here...sorry. Comment on this article..[previous] :: [next] |
