I used to live on Sterling Place right off of Franklin Avenue, about a block away from there. I remember Happy Wok having those gates and some bulletproof glass between the counter and the customer area. Are those still there?

Peter: yup, all still there.

How has this post gotten 636 views in only 10 hours?

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: 7th Jul 2006 - 13:45 GMT

Because you see it, and after a few hours you're hungry to see it again.

Peter: 7th Jul 2006 - 17:49 GMT

zagg: dreary salvation.

Happy, happy, happy Wok. Woking about happy every day...

Eli: 13th Jul 2006 - 16:41 GMT

Did you also notice that the bodaga across the street has "CRIP" as it's store name now? It used to be prescription, and then, funny, on one day all of the other letters must have fallen off.....

Peter: jpgs!

Canadian-Canadian: Not very interesting

pj : 24th Jul 2009 - 05:31 GMT

happy wok has now been better and the food is very good and they only have the bulletproof glass at night
