On one of my photo walks, I tool a break in the Canadian Architectual Institute gardens. As I sat and had a cigarette, this gentleman came along and started doing a martial arts-style meditation session. It was quite interesting.
I'm no expert on martial arts and the associated meditation techniques, so maybe someone can help me better understand exactly what I saw.
