hool; State Highway 225 @ Richey St., Pasadena (Houston). This is one pearl in the world's largest necklace of petrochemical refineries.. the freeway goes on with things like this continuous on both sides for 30 miles.

michelle; thanks :)

peter; I thought you had a better one :) I used my gf's Sony DSC-S75 (3.3mp, f/2.0 lens) w/ tripod (on the freeway shoulder.. 18 wheelers whizzing by) at 1/2s exposure. extensive bracketing for the right shot :) The colors were altered a little in PS.

i sold my nikon n90 recently and have reverted to the HP CrapCam once again.

sigh.

plans to purchase this cam are underway, however, so it shouldnt be toooo long.

Paul G: Mmm...industrial. Tasty pollution.

Nonplussed As Ever and Loving It:

So, its almost 11pm and I've been sitting out on my stoop for the past hour, just relaxing; I suppose some neighborhoods are better than others for stoop-relaxing, and it luckily happens that mine is one. I'm having a Chupa-Chups...
