Not too sure what this was all about, maybe a garden, or campsite sitaround, was off the road, had steps leading down into it, a bench in the middle, and what looks to be a store of sorts

Just a little hidden.... Was boarded up tight, even the backdoor

All that was there to see.... and no tires!
