In Lieu of Rope Swings: Massage Parlors of San Francisco

We went in search of rope swings (there are two in San Francisco, one on the side of Bernal hill and one on a sliver of land above Noe Valley) but the weather was so warm and the wind so steady that both photos would have caused horrible allergic reactions, as the swings are surrounded by uncut grass. This morning when I woke up the wind had deposited a perfect layer of yellow pollen on garbage can lids next to the house. (J and N)

So instead of rope swings you get massage parlors.
