To paraphrase the Beatles…”Black bird singing in the light of day."

The weather has been great, so I have busied myself in my backyard: cleaning, replacing the perennials that did not survive the winter and adding some more. I had this bird for a company two days in a row: perched on my neighbour’s telephone line and my other neighbour’s the old TV antennae. Is that an omen?

There’s a skull in the sky.

And cottons too.

Some overweight wrens.

I think the he is trying to tell me something.

I might as well include my spring flowers.
