very cool photos. i agree with peter - i'm surprised they don't make it more clear that this is fake. it could be a huge distraction on the highway.

once while my brother was visiting from out of town we went walking along bloor street west and suddenly it looked like we were in a war zone. burnt out cars, smashed windows, boarded up shops... sure enough it was a movie set. i think he got a funny impression of the city.

good point jeeff, i almost get run over 4 or 5 times a year from rubber neckers at accidents . Maybe a sign that say " nothing happening her folks , just keep moving "

Reminds me of the old saw where a film crew in Toronto set up an alleyway to look like a 'real' city alley with garbage strewn about only to find after they'd returned from lunch to find the sanitation department had come by on their rounds and cleaned up their mess.
