Bruce's Mill
[previous] :: [next]I went for a hike up at Bruce's Mill Conservation Area, which is about 45 minutes north of Toronto.
I was lucky to find a few flowers nodding their way through the leaves and winter ground cover.
I found some pussy willows with pollen on them.
And a seed pod blowing in the wind.

I haven't been there since the early 80's. I was soooooo shocked to find the swimming pond gone. It's like a piece of my childhood is all gone. How sad they got rid of it. The house near the gate looks unkept along with the mill it self. So sad. I always thought that there were other little "Wendy"'s play and swimming in the pond. So sad!
