This is me and 2 of my friends at a montreal metro station. I think it was the Place Des Beaux-Arts station. Not sure. It's gorgeous, that's all I can say. If only Toronto subway stations were like these.

nah, you would miss the black and white and grime of the city. you would miss the vally's and canyons of steel and glass, the multitude, the lost, the happy, the tired, give me your poor and wretched, your workers, the endless monotony of commuting and rushing for trains, planes and automobiles. the crowed subways, the aroma of bakeries, the exotic smell of a women wearing a perfume and the non-exotic smell of a derelict sprawled out on a seat next to you. forgetaboutit, give me montreal.

Matt McLauchlin is famnatical about the Montreal Metro system. Here is his website www.metrodemontreal.com/index-e.html

Thank you! I was on the TTCrider.ca website and wanted desperately to find something similar to it for Montreal. This is great!

Remnants of Industry

milling came lifetimes before microchips, though the latter has taken over where the former failed. somehow oregon forests are still depleted, and driving the costal highways, now littered with clearcuts, requires either courage or tightly clamped eyelids. I wonder if moss...
