This used to be my station back in the day. I saw a few celebs come out of this station. When Ebbett's Field Apartments were first built some parents of famous people lived there: Gregory Hines father, Curly Neal (from the Harlem Globetrotters) mother, little Anthony from the Imperials mother, if you don't recognize any of these names, remember, these apartments were built in the mid to late sixties. As a youngster I thought the world lead to this station. I lived in this neighborhood from 57-74 it was a beautiful community, I hope it's on it's way back, there's so much to see and do.
