University of Minnesota has a bunch of these kiosks to post your "stuff" I've seen the facilities guys actually take like a big hoe kind of tool to scrape these things back down close to the original surface a couple times a year. Decades of things have gone up on some of these. If they could only talk.
Thought I'd mix in some astronomist humor that is lacking on the internet. Who knew they were such a self effacing bunch.
