It was a pop-can in the water, near the plastic bag, next to that strange thing coiled with rope. Half of the nest was made up of pieces of newspaper, Tim Hortons coffee cups, and other debris.

There's an over population of deer in Northeast Ohio. Sometimes deer follow the Cuyahoga river all the way downtown. I once saw a deer in my near west side neighborhood of Cleveland, which is pretty close to the middle of the city. It was a cool and surprising sight. Those Swans are awesome. I especially like the second pic.
