mu prediction is thusly: winter will officialy end in 9 days. there will be a snowstorm in the east but the snow will dissappear in 2 days. april will start off cool with some precipitation with an average of 47 degrees. by aprils end you will see leaves starting on trees. in may flowers will again bloom. the temps will hit 80 degrees within 80 days and you will be able to go outside with very little on. no more coats.
