I was waiting for the next day's flight in Radisson, the end of the highway in northern Quebec. I was hungry. Very few people can speak English in this place. I bought a sandwich, then looked carefully at the label. Even I know that jambon is French for ham. But apparently, the locals do not. This article has been viewed 2706 times in the last 4 years
