I am assuming this is looking up, unless someone went to a lot of trouble to install the mirrors required to create a skylight on the floor. (A floorlight, perhaps?)

it looks like the wonderland hyatt hotel where alice stayed. that's the skylight roof of the spa and pool area on the mezzanine.
