Ice climbing! Wow! That looks very dangerous but also very exciting.

james lipton from england: 6th Feb 2006 - 18:59 GMT

helen,do they ski on there way down?

Cheesy_Member: Brilliant set of pictures!!!!!

tex: helen have you been up there?

jack: 6th Feb 2006 - 19:10 GMT

NICE PIC'S, REMINDS ME OF MY TIME IN RANGERS WHEN WE CLIMBED THE MOUNTAINS AROUND GERMANY AND AUSTRIA.

Helen: 6th Feb 2006 - 19:32 GMT

james - not sure how they get down, probably repel

tex - you won't catch me going up there!

cheesy - thanks

jamie - more people in Canada should toot their own horn. We have a lovely country here and more people should know about it. And before the comments start, I'm sure other countries are lovely too - I just haven't been there yet to take pictures!! I'm working on it though, I see a trip to Europe in the near future, when my boys are a little older.

Selig: go digital zoom! nice.

jeeff: 7th Feb 2006 - 04:04 GMT

man, that looks breathtaking. my 2 requirements for paradise: mountains and rivers. frozen rivers? yeah, i guess that'll do.

Helen: 7th Feb 2006 - 15:28 GMT

jeeff - in warmer weather, that frozen river is a waterfall and there is a beautiful park right beside it.

London's a big place, you know. I just moved, and had a sift through a vast archive of phone photos, I'll let the images speak. I'd upload more, but I'm tired. Citynoise for you: Sloane Sq War Memorial, the plaque below...
