the sky needed some help. it was a plain foggy white. as san francisco winter skies tend to be.

It looks pasted because you used the magic wand to select the sky with a low theshold that left halos around the buildings :)

i'll be more careful with the magic wand. the hobart building looks like a wedding cake, while the others are more like cardboard boxes.

i like the hobarts building. if you add a few pixels of feathering to your selections you can avoid the halo effect.
