The Fremont suspension bridge on a sunny, dry day. Haven't seen one like this in a long while.

Um, not a suspension bridge. Try the St. Johns Bridge downriver for an actual suspension bridge. sorry to be so fact-checky snippy.

well it is suspended, just because its not done in the traditional sense...
the action isnt bearing and its not cantilevered, its hung off the arch

i guess if you want to look at it that way...though the technical term for the Fremont is a "Tied Arch Bridge".
