the washing machine in the right of the photo closest to the window we will call harry. the washing machine to harry's right we will call bert. (original, eh).
hey bert, why are we on this side of the room, all alone.
they dont like us, harry.
are they prejudice against us because we have the delicate cycle and they dont?
could be it harry.
bert, you should have seen what i had in my wash cycle last night!
what was that harry!
she put in her lingerie.
wow, you mean, 'her'
yep. she came in around mid-night and put it in the delicates, see i told you we had it made.
how did her delicates feel?
oh my gosh, they were soft and silky. and her bra, that was terrific, no padding at all, all original stuff.
oh how i wish she will use mine tonight. i love it when the water swishes around especially when they use the warm water.
(editors note: will someone please give me a few lines, i dried up)

And if they only do dry cleaning they are called cleaners. I like the lack of letters on this sign. It is false advertising, as they are not expert tailors (or even do ex ert ta l ring). I gave them a vintage 50's dress to be shortened for me and they completely ruined the hem. Somehow it made me look like a short, fat woman in her 30's.

jack: how about a photo of you in the dress.

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: 24th Jan 2006 - 23:08 GMT

Oh no. It is really, really not flattering.
I have others, which are nicer. When I wear them out I have to be fleet of foot 'cos my next-door-neighbor, Charlie, chases me.
