yes, hence the 'UK'
shame there was no picture of calton hill to contextualise. lemme see... yep, have a look at the building from various angles images.google.co.uk/images?q=calton+hill+edinburgh&hl=en&btnG=Search+Images
it was designed to be a big posh statement building, dominating the skyline at the east end of princes street, on a hill - calton hill, indeed. anyway they ran out of money after building the facade and it was never finshed. so it looks like a ruin. people go up there to have sex and stuff.
