Teddies!
[previous] :: [next]it is my smalltime and modest belief i am very clever. i was walking home from drinking in a pub and saw these teddy crisps in the street and i said to my friend david "quickly! give me your camera, i need these teddies for citynoise" and lo, he gave me his camera, i took the photos, i downloaded them from his 'new device' onto my evidently klunky pc which took four hours to digest his camera (that is exaggeration btw) and now he has gone home and here, i have uploaded them as well.

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: 9th Jan 2006 - 18:58 GMTI like that your friend didn't question your sanity when you said, "quick, I need these teddies for citynoise." He's a keeper. elaine: 9th Jan 2006 - 20:05 GMTheh - he knows me verrry well. there were absolutely no questions asked. elaine: 9th Jan 2006 - 20:09 GMTand actually i think it was less calm sounding than that. i may have been a little screechy, and i may have screeched other things like "loook!!! teddies!!!" and "quick quick!!!" jack: 10th Jan 2006 - 01:42 GMTwhere are the teddies? i see crumbs. nice poem catherine, you got it down nice. elaine, you like teddy bears? elaine: 10th Jan 2006 - 10:31 GMTbetter for ya? and jack, not really, i was very very drunk. i once gave my brother a panda teddy as a present. he now takes it out with him when he and his mates go out on the ran dan. in the morning when someone admits they may have done something they are a bit ashamed of they get to hold the panda. they call him 'the panda of shame'
roland: 11th Jan 2006 - 17:06 GMTYes, as the memories return and that sinking feeling of horror takes hold of your soul, hold the Panda of Shame to your neck and he WILL take your shame away. The Panda of Shame was voted the best new object introduced to partying since The Jacket. Wearing The Jacket often causes acts for which the Panda is later required to redeem. Sadly I don't have a photo of The Panda at hand but I do have a snap of The Jacket. Catherine Penfold-Waxman: 11th Jan 2006 - 19:32 GMTI need to see 'The Jacket.' Please post it instantly, if not sooner. And set up a shoot for the Panda of Shame. He needs to meet the public. Comment on this article..[previous] :: [next] |
