hool: 28th Nov 2005 - 16:31 GMTincreasing the size of a freeway to cure traffic jams is like increasing the size of your belt to cure fatness.
GGP: 28th Nov 2005 - 18:02 GMTthe truck on the far right (pun intended) is sporting one of those ubiquitous patriotic "ribbon" stickers announcing "support" for the boys in Iraq, or reminding us that "freedom ain't free"....which reminds me of one of my homegrown pet theories, which is that people driving cars with those stickers are usually the most aggressive, least safe drivers on the road. that's been my observation, anyhow. so very patriotic and so very, very rude to their fellow Americans. joey: 28th Nov 2005 - 19:41 GMTi for one concur with ggp. it starts at the top, you know. the 'un-american' patriot. Nairi: 29th Nov 2005 - 03:38 GMTHA! I agree GGP. I know someone with a 'i support the troops' sticker, and he's an agressive driver who doesn't wear his seat belt. jack: 29th Nov 2005 - 15:20 GMTthere are courteous drivers and there are rude drivers. it does not matter what they are showing on their car. there is good and bad in all people. very few people can reach that state of being when they are passive to humanity. remember that you can be a good person and not a door mat. you should not judge. sometimes even the nicest people are in a rush and become careless to others. aside from the sermon is that route 5 in calif. joey: 26th Dec 2008 - 06:04 GMT3 years later it's exactly the same. possibility some of the same cars as in the photo= other than our own.
