Stuck in traffic on the West Side Highway in Manhattan the other day, I noticed this old building, with an insignia reading DIRECT FROM OUR FARMS TO YOU.

The next day, in rural Harpersfield, NY, I surreptitiously took this less-than-perfectly framed shot of a neat bumper sticker from the New York Farm Bureau, which has a series of very interesting public info campaigns. Food for thought, indeed.
