periodically, owners/operators of hit-up trucks repaint them. most likely, goya hit a newly repainted truck. a rare chance, indeed!

i just repainted this one. me and NSK have been trading beef licks (in good humor) on it for about 6 months. for the record i didnt buff it, i found it all clean and white.
