Bike Commute
[previous] :: [next]
along my new bike commute home up N Williams I pass derelict buildings holding out against odds, a tagged house by an empty lot, community material salvage efforts and ethnic murals hiding behind forgotten neighborhood gardens. the most beautiful part is the potential, and there are trendy post modern entrepreneurializations sprouting new roots down under dusty sidewalks. at first it didn't feel like home. elaine: 8th Sep 2005 - 07:41 GMTcha cha cha - this series got rhythm. and so wise - Peter: 8th Sep 2005 - 13:29 GMTyeah, i love series like this... these sorts of glimpses are amongst my favorite content on this site... the postcard-style images are cool, but i always enjoy seeing the day-to-day stuff... the real vibe of a city, the real locales that get immortalized here after being overlooked by zillions of passersby. these are good!
