so quite possible the most common sitker'er in the whole town puts 'the bald head man is watching' (hes made it into a few other posts but not as the star) there are various versions all over in all neighboorhoods sometimes he has glasses cometimes hes just more of a big forehead but he is arguably the most often seen in seattle. now here is a small battle on capitol hill...
