One of my favorite things in life is a shower. I covet the apartment of a friend in Manhattan--she's got a window positioned right above the lip of her bathtub, so you could stand there and look out over the spires of a church and beyond to the harbor...my friend is SF calls her apartment a tenement, and the shower is a later addition to the tub, but I love the way the light pours in...

i'm with you on showers. long hot showers in winter are one of my greatest pleasures. i like that style of shower too. is it a clawfoot tub?

it is a clawfoot tub, in fact. I hadn't noticed til you asked. As for taking pictures in the shower, this digitial camera thing is kind of addictive, innit?

hehe these shots remind me of how my G/f still takes pics of EVERYTHING but is very interested in light, shes got some amazing pics - ill get the link to it if anyones interested! shes got very interesting views on things with her digi.
