 A NYPD cruiser which, ironically, is parked both in a cross-walk and in a fire-zone... if I parked there, I would get a $75 ticket and most likely towed away, but as they say, cops are above the law.
Note that the cops are probably parked there because they are most likely gorging on coffee and doughnuts in Tom's Diner, the restaurant imemdiately behind their car...
