Airplane Wing Photos

Back when I was commenting on this article, I resolved to make plenty of airplane wing photos the next time I flew somewhere. Well, I flew somewhere this past weekend. Here are the wing photos! The rest will come in due order...

yeah, it's a shame they seem to have to make the preamble and the post-amble so prosaic, considering the filling of that sandwich is so sublime. at least flying used to be special enough for people to dress up a bit and be served by the equivalent of models... they could have developed that line of enquiry instead of the one they did, and have us all wearing angelic clothes and be served by cherubim (and seraphim, although i'm not sure what they are, but i'm sure they'd get the job)
