i've seen something a lot like that crazy happyface in the last photo around toronto a fair bit lately. i think it's old graffiti here, seems worn away. but beautiful circles. someone has good hand control. i'll see if i can get some pix.

elaine: 2nd Jun 2005 - 20:30 GMT

not just hand control here - didn't see when it was done, not being a frequent visitor to Islington, but trying to imagine the logistics. it's pretty big and a few floors up, enough to give me vertigo. and on a really exposed busy road

I've seen that character before too... Once in Belgium, and another time in a flic from Venice.. He/ she's good!

jeeff: 25th Jun 2005 - 21:06 GMT

update: the character is the work of a street artist called andre.

I love how citynoise supports non-roman scripts, allowing other languages and writing systems. Although the above post must be confusing for English-Arabic bilingual people to read, since English reads left to right, and Arabic reads right to left.

Girlfight

It seems like most people come here to post pictures, but I've got a story for you. This is a true story that happened here in Philly. As Momo (my special lady) was walking home from work the other day...
