I took this in Broomall, PA (suburbs of PA)
It says KARMA FREAK, but the K in karma got cut off.
It's similiar to but they were taken in different areas. I guess it's the same artist.

Heh, I didn't even notice the Karma tag in Lascaux until now. To me it was all about the cave paintings, something you see a lot less often!

You might want to give the location as Broomall, PA instead of Philly-- after all, if you do a search for or you'll find a lot of stuff that's under that (and not under NYC). On that note, though, wouldn't it be interesting to see the site's city list be some kind of multi-level bullet list where conurbations are listed under their corresponding cities? And cities are listed near each other corresponding to geographic region? Maybe font size corresponding to number of entries?
