This is actually very, very good.
The darkness of it all, the spots, everything makes it look gothic and surreal.
Not everything has to be all bright and lovely.
I think this captures London very well.

I concur with Rose. The shot is reminiscent of an old postcard of London - faded with time. Or of dust-covered slides I found when cleaning out my parent's attic. More of a patina that shows character amd age.
All that said, I believe if the photo were submitted to the London Tourism Bureau - they'd likely side with anon.
