Found this ball-sack randomly sitting by a fence near the garbage freights. I never cease to be amused
by the strange assortment of odds-and-ends that sysyphian crackheads and compulsive crazy people
feel compelled to haul up onto the tracks or down into tunnels for absolutely no reason whatsoever...

i had the urge to grab that sack and spread those balls everywhere, trust me.
i dont know why i didnt. but hopefully they'll be there the next time.
though i doubt it, some crackhead will have found some other task for them by then :-0
