I know this guy. He looks like a goat. Not only does he look like a goat, he acts like one too. He has the mannerisms of a farm raised goat. Also, his name is Billy, though his surname is not Goat. That surely would be an ultimately strange coincidence. His surname is Mitchell. But getting to my point. Billy lives in Utah and i think; yeah i really think he'd like this picture. But he's dead.
